Perhaps I missed instructions when ordering. I am very disappointed to learn it must be handwashed and air dried. that is a lot of work for something that must be washed frequently.

Hi Patricia, I am sorry you missed the care instructions. Since they are made from the finest silk available they cannot be tumble dried but do dry very quickly by air drying. They can also be washed in a washing machine on cool, delicate cycle with PH Free Detergent. I personally use tide free and gentle. Thank you for your purchase and I hope you enjoy your pillowcase.
