SHIPPING POLICY
Blush Silks is based in Brandon, Manitoba, Canada. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the customer’s location and order value.
CANADIAN SHIPPING
Canada Post Letter Mail — $5.00 CAD
This economical shipping option does not include tracking. Delivery times may vary.
Canada Post Tracked Shipping — $9.99 CAD
Tracking information is provided after the order has shipped.
Free Tracked Shipping — Orders Over $200 CAD
Qualifying Canadian orders over $200 CAD receive free tracked shipping.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
Shipping, duties and import fees are included in Blush Silks’ U.S. prices.
U.S. customers will not be charged unexpected duties, import fees or cross-border delivery charges after placing their order.
Applicable state sales tax, where required, is calculated at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping availability, rates and estimated delivery times for other eligible destinations are displayed at checkout.
For destinations outside Canada and the United States, customs duties, import taxes or other fees may be charged by the destination country unless otherwise indicated at checkout. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
TRACKING
Tracking is included with tracked shipping services. Customers who select tracked delivery will receive tracking information by email after their order ships.
Canada Post Letter Mail does not include tracking.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped. Postal carrier delays, weather, customs processing and other circumstances outside the control of Blush Silks may affect delivery times.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact Blush Silks as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after an order has shipped.
