Micro Mulberry Silk Scrunchie Sets

Micro Silk Scrunchies are Blush Silks’ smallest scrunchie size. They have an approximate 1.5-inch (3.8 cm) diameter and are designed for smaller sections of hair, braid ends, small ponytails, fine hair and subtle half-up styles. They are made from 100% Pure Grade 6A, 22 Momme Mulberry Silk.

Micro Silk Scrunchies are especially useful when you want a smaller, less bulky hair tie. They work well for fine or delicate hair, smaller sections, braid ends, small ponytails and half-up styles. The smooth silk-covered surface also provides a softer alternative to many narrow or uncovered elastics.

Micro is our smallest size and is ideal for smaller sections, braid ends and fine hair. Mini has a slimmer everyday profile for ponytails, half-up styles, buns and braids. Classic offers a fuller, more traditional scrunchie look for everyday ponytails and buns.

Both sets feature the same Micro Silk Scrunchie size. The 4-piece set offers a smaller selection, while the 8-piece set gives you more scrunchies to keep at home, in your handbag or travel bag, or to use across different hairstyles.

Mulberry Silk scrunchies provide a smooth silk-covered surface that helps reduce friction, snagging and pulling compared with many narrow or uncovered elastics. Their fabric-covered design also helps distribute pressure more broadly across the hair.

Momme describes the weight and density of silk fabric, while Grade 6A describes the quality of the silk fibres. Blush Silks uses 22 Momme Grade 6A Mulberry Silk for a smooth, substantial and refined silk surface. Blush Silks Micro Silk Scrunchies are made using OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified fabric. This independent textile certification tests for a wide range of regulated and potentially harmful substances. OEKO-TEX® certification is separate from Momme weight, silk grade and fibre content.

Mulberry Silk scrunchies can help reduce noticeable hair creases by distributing pressure more broadly than a narrow elastic. Results can vary depending on hair type, hairstyle and how tightly the scrunchie is wrapped, so use the fewest comfortable wraps needed to hold your style.

Hand washing is the gentlest way to care for Micro Silk Scrunchies. Wash them in cool water with a small amount of gentle, pH-neutral detergent formulated for silk or delicate fabrics. Avoid soaking, scrubbing, twisting, wringing, bleach and tumble drying. Gently reshape and air dry in a shaded area away from direct heat or sunlight.
